Our minimum wage is $17/hour

All full-time staff members earn a mix of paid holidays and paid personal time, while all part-time staff member earn paid personal time

All full-time staff members are eligible to receive up to $225/month (in the form of a Health Reimbursement Arrangement) to use toward health insurance premiums or health-related expenses

All employees are eligible for a 3% salary match for a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan

Emergency Loan Program available to every employee after 90 days

Every employee joins our profit sharing program after one year of employment. Our average hourly (non-managerial) employee takes home an extra $1,802 per quarter in profit sharing payments, which is equivalent to a $3.50 per hour raise. Salaried managers take home significantly higher profit sharing payments, so they're not included in the average above.
